Giant Brezel — German Soft Pretzel
Big enough to share
Our Giant Brezel is the same authentic German soft pretzel (Laugenbrezel) as our Original – just more than twice the size. Hand-rolled, dipped in food-grade lye for that deep mahogany crust, and finished with coarse European pretzel salt, with a thick, soft middle and thinner, crisp arms. Big enough to share: put it in the middle of the table at a party, a barbecue or a picnic and tear it apart together, or split it and fill it like a sandwich. Baked fresh to order. Brezels are best the day they are baked – or freeze it the same day and crisp it from frozen in the air fryer at 150°C, giving it a few minutes longer than a regular Brezel.
