The Laugenstange is the original German pretzel stick — the same authentic lye-dipped, salt-topped pretzel dough as our Brezel, simply shaped into a long stick. Chewy, golden and salty, with a soft fluffy centre, it is baked fresh to order. Perfect for sharing, dipping, or splitting and filling like a roll. A versatile choice for lunches, platters, or alongside soups and dips. Best warm on the day, or freeze on the day and reheat it straight from the freezer in the air fryer at 150°C for about four minutes.
