Our Original Brezel is the authentic German soft pretzel (Laugenbrezel) — hand-rolled, dipped in food-grade lye for that deep mahogany crust, and finished with coarse European pretzel salt. Chewy and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, it is baked fresh to order. The classic everyone knows and loves, exactly the way you would find it at a Swabian or Bavarian bakery. Enjoy it warm on its own, split and buttered, or alongside a coffee. Brezels are best the day they're baked — or freeze them the same day and crisp them straight from the freezer in the air fryer at 150°C for about four minutes.
