Brezels are made for standing-up eating — no plates, no cutlery, easy to hand around, and something guests actually talk about. We bake anything from 10 to 500+ for a single order, so whether it is a small wake or a full wedding, the number is a scheduling question rather than a problem.
Anywhere people are standing, talking and holding a drink, a Brezel does more work than a sandwich platter.
Usually as a grazing or canape element rather than the meal. A Brezel table fills the awkward gap between the ceremony and the reception, when guests have a drink in hand and nothing to eat.
Easy to hand around, no plates or cutlery, and people can eat standing while they talk. We handle these bookings quietly and at short notice — a phone call is enough.
Prizegivings, tournaments, canteen days, club functions. Portable, filling and a change from the sausage sizzle, with vegan options so nobody misses out.
Galas, festivals, conferences, launches and staff functions. If you can tell us the head count and the venue, we can tell you what it costs.
We can comfortably bake up to 500+ Brezels for a single order — and we are just as happy taking one for 10. Give us a week for anything over about 200 and the answer is almost always yes.
Tell us your numbersDate, venue, head count and any dietary split. We come back with a quote covering the Brezels and delivery — one number, no surprises.
Large orders get their own slot in the schedule. For weddings we confirm final numbers closer to the day, so you are not guessing months out.
Baked that morning and delivered to the hall, clubroom, marquee or venue, boxed by type and clearly labelled. Ready to set out, nothing to prepare.
Capacity, notice, cost, dietary requirements and delivery.
Anything from 10 to 500 and beyond for a single order. Small gatherings are just as welcome as big ones — tell us the figure and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
48 hours is the minimum for a normal order. For anything over about 200, give us a week so we can plan the bake properly. For a wedding, book as early as you like — we will confirm numbers closer to the date.
Brezels start at $5 each, with filled pretzel sticks and pretzel dogs from $6 to $8. For a large event we quote the whole order, including delivery, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Yes — usually as a grazing or canape element rather than the sit-down meal. A Brezel table works particularly well during the gap between the ceremony and the reception, when guests are standing around with a drink and nothing to eat.
Yes, and we treat those bookings with the care they deserve. Brezels suit a wake well: they are easy to hand around, need no plates or cutlery, and people can eat standing up while they talk. Short notice is usually manageable — just call.
Across Rangiora, Kaiapoi, the Waimakariri, North Canterbury and into Christchurch, including venues, halls, clubrooms and marquees. Delivery is quoted with the order.
Every Brezel is vegetarian, and there are vegan versions of the Original Brezel, the Sweet Brezel and the Biscoff® stick. Give us the split and we will box them separately and label them clearly.
Send us the date, the venue and roughly how many people. We will come back with one number that covers the lot.
