Yes. Rangiora is our home base — we bake here. Delivery across Rangiora, Ashley, Fernside and Flaxton is $5.00 with a $20.00 minimum order, delivered Thursdays between 9:30am and 2:30pm.
Orders close at 12pm the day before. For Thursday delivery that means Wednesday midday; for Friday click and collect, Thursday midday; for any Saturday market, Friday midday.
Yes — Friday click and collect in Rangiora is free, 9:30am to 7:30pm. Order online, pick a collection time and we will have your Brezels boxed and ready.
A Brezel is a German soft pretzel (Laugenbrezel) — hand-rolled, dipped in a lye solution before baking, which is what gives it the dark shiny crust and the chewy inside. It is a different thing entirely from a hard supermarket pretzel.
Every order is baked the morning it goes out. Nothing is frozen, nothing is made the day before, and nothing sits on a shelf.
